Youtube URL in the listing discriprion

Do you think it is ok if we include a YouTube URL in our listings?

No. You cannot sell outside eBay using eBay and therefore the last thing you can do is 'send' customers to another place.

No.  That would be grounds for suspension as you are suggesting to others to go outside the Ebay platform.  I would not do it.

You can insert a YouTube video in your description that is eBay legal using the code found here:

isdntek.com has many other good things that you can use to enhance your eBay listings, almost all of them are free with no adware and all are eBay compliant.
