Hello Community

I have been having an annoying issue that eBay requires me to update my seller account details by providing driving license or passport number. Even though my correct details (hopefully) eBay keeps telling me 'something went wrong'. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

i just called ebay.   they are blaming it on the stupid government which if bull!

It's probably true..

The government is requiring a lot of info now for a lot of reasons.

Sales tax, Income tax on sales, anti money laundering and various other reasons.

Hello guys

I really appreciate your support.

As regards to calling to the CS, I cannot do it because I should have Canadian or American phone numbers.

I live in the UK therefore the call back service will not work for me I assume.

It seems a long journey to solve this issue because of eBay's non human customer service.
