I have gotten almost ten of these since August alone.  Am covered as per eBay but any indication what eBay is doing to combat this kind of activity.

I assume you blocked all of these buyers.

And what I do is check buyer feedback to see what I need to do so I am covered as to someone with no feedback or just joined eBay...and occasionally I google a buyer's address to see if it is freight forward to another country.

I find it hard to believe you received 10 since August....but that's just me.
