A bad buyer experience (??BBE??) will occur but is not limited to the following scenarios:
(a) Buyer filed for a dispute under ??Item Not as Described??;
(b) Buyer returned the item and gave a return reason that indicates ??Item Not as Described??;
(c) Seller canceled the transaction because you no longer had the item, or the item was never shipped, and the buyer's money was returned;
(d) Buyer left a Detailed Seller Rating score of 1, 2, or 3 for ??Item as Described??; or
(e) Buyer left Neutral or Negative feedback for you.
To protect the eBay community from BBE and pursuant to the eBay User Agreement and eBay Policies, we regret to inform you that your eBay account has been restricted. This restriction means that:
(a) Your selling privileges are restricted. Consequently, you will not be able to create new listings or revise any listings that are live on eBay sites; and
(b) Your payouts have been placed on hold.
The safety of our community is a top priority for us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Sorry for your situation. Unfortunately no one here can re instate your account for you as this is a community discussion forum for buyers and sellers. Let me tell you what I'm seeing a lot of this week on this forum. Many sellers from the Middle East are being suspended due to drop shipping from the 3rd party venues like Amazon or Ali Express or the location of the item was actually in another country and not the US. That is against ebay policy. This means that you get a sale but you do not retain that inventory. You buy it cheaper on another site and send it to the customer from that site. I looked at some of your sales and your address reads "Multiple locations in the United States." Your customers need to know exactly where there are items are being shipped from. You also remitted to one of your customers a tracking number, which is not a US tracking number. My guess is you won't be able to sell here in the US anymore, but perhaps in other countries outside the US. Sorry.

You were drop-shipping stuff from China, and using (supposed) U.S. locations for the items. All those American flags and references to the U.S. are a dead giveaway that it's the worst kind of drop-shipping operation.
When you drop-ship, YOU have no control over authenticity, quality, availability, packing, or shipping -- but YOU are responsible to buyers when there is a problem with any of those things.
With this drop-ship business model, "bad buyer experiences" are nearly inevitable, and that means failure is nearly inevitable.

It is the zeitgeist. There is little discourse these days in any area of public life, just rants and manifestos. People demand validation, not information. Grievance, discord, victimhood, self-righteousness. It is the zeitgeist.

It has nothing to do with dropshipping. I don't do dropshipping and they restricted my 13 year account due to this new policy. This is something that can happen to any seller on ebay at any time. At this rate, eBay won't be able to find a seller.

Your restriction doesn't specify how long you will be restricted from selling so that means it's indefinite, which is forever.
Being restricted on one account applies to all your accounts.
Apparently eBay cares about dropshipping.
They also care if you ship cologne using a method that's not allowed for class 3 flammable products. Cologne should be sent surface mail (by ground).
They'll probably withhold your payments for 180 days so they will not be stuck if your buyers file a PayPal dispute or a chargeback.

It's very obvious these inexperienced sellers don't like the replies they are getting from experienced sellers. They broke the rules, yet refuse to acknowledge. Hostile replies and sour grapes. Good luck to them.
