Hi all, Just checked my DASHBOARD and I got this Red Letter Notification and am very confused? How can I Possibly be at risk when these are my STATS--I am TOP RATED, Transaction Defect Rate is 0.00%, Late Shipment Rate is 0.00%, Cases Closed Without Seller Resolution is 0.00%, Tracking Uploaded & Validated 100% 549 Transactions Returns 0.73%? Yet I was sent a Red Notification that My Seller Performance Status in Global Program is at RISK??? Any thoughts? I have never had a issue with a Global Shipping sale I might add in 4+ years of selling!

I think you are confusing the GSP and your Global Seller status.
The Seller Dashboard has a drop-down on the top left. You can view your stats based on region and it defaults to where you are registered.
The warning that you received is about maintaining TRS status in the Global region, not the US region. Most sellers who don't meet the 100 global transactions per year minimum have recently fallen to Above Standard status for the Global region.
This has zero impact on your status using the Global Shipping Program which is merely a shipping service and not related to your seller status.
Seller status (Top Rated, Above Standard, etc) used to apply to all regions but they made an announcement in the Fall 2017 Seller Update that status was going to be calculated based on region in the future.

Did you expand it out to see if you are short on any of the requirements?

Are you meeting the minimum annual international transaction count to remain Top Rated?
I lost mine. I do not ship international.

thanks, I have thousands. Most are not listed but can be!

That is the only thing I could think of being a reason. I have always ONLY sold 1 or maybe 2 things Internationally a month. Usually in the 1st week of a new month. That has been consistant. Just sold a vase to a customer in Canada last week, If I lose it so be it, I will uncheck every single Global Shipping Program checkbox in one fell swoop. It's nuts I am getting a warning about this with my sales and service history, I mean really. this site is hurting for sales as it is, anyone know how many sales you have to make in a year to be in the program? I hope it is a glitch like someone else mentioned!
