I tried Sellers hub for one day.  It was so madding.  I went back to My eBay Active.  There is alot of carp I don't need in Hub.  I need to see my item pictures and all the information ON ONE PAGE.

HUB was built for large volume sellers.  I don't have 100's of inventory,  only handmade items.

Having everything on one page worked.  But if it worked eBay will change it.

Using and teaching computers for 49 years and this is the worst software I have ever seen.

NO it is in My eBay Active the redesign of the Classic My eBay that they redesigned to make us all work harder to see our items.  It all STINKS!

In my Seller Hub, I customized away all the information I did not need.

Can you give is specifics of what things you are seeing the Seller Hub that is stopping you from using it?

Perhaps we can help you make the experience better. Because eBay has been pushing the Seller Hub for five years now, so it is not going away.

I've been using and teaching software for 49 years.  I've been on eBay since 2005.  Sellers's Hub was built for sellers with large amounts of inventory.  I do not need, nor will I ever use the carp that is in Seller's Hub.

All on one page was fine.  Give us a choice as it has been.  Code is Code and they can build the Classic with the new code (which ever one they are using this week).

All on one page and all the info I needed for each Item was right there.  Seller's Hub is convoluted mess I don't want or need to deal with.

I was on etsy, but when the pandemic hit, sales were non-existent.  Along with their regular .20 cent insertion fee and selling fees, they also are now charging a referral fee.  In other words, if a buyer clicks on an item, say on pinterest or google and then goes to your shop and buys it they charge the seller a "referral fee" on top of all the other fees.  By the time you are fee'd to death it is more than eBay.  I just isn't worth selling anywhere anymore.  Between Time, Fees, costs for inventory, shipping supply's and fees, etc.  It isn't worth my effort and costs.

I might be considered a large volume seller (usually about 1,500 items at any given time) and I *hate* Seller Hub.

So, for what you want in Seller Hub, you click on the 'Orders' tab and click the 'All orders' link on the left.

Here's the problem - that's ALL you see on that page. If you want to see Active Listings, that's another tab/page. If you want to see Scheduled Listings or Drafts, that's another page. Endless tabs and pages and links all to get to the same information that used to be (and should be now) all on ONE PAGE in Classic View.

There is one page called All Listings in the Listings tab that has a whopping 4 categories of items:

Orders (only unshipped - once it ships, it's gone to a different page?!)

Active Listings (but only max 25 at a time?!)

Drafts (max 25)

Unsold (max 25)

To see this information, though, you have to scroll down over 3 large rectangular boxes that never change in size no matter how little information is in them. I have a big box on the right called 'Monthly Limits' that is ALWAYS EMPTY! Genius.

This is the most amateurish user interface I can ever remember seeing. It is laughably bad.

There is not one page that has anything close to what Classic View page and many of the tabs/pages in Seller Hub are not customizable.

Some pages that are customizable only have large rectangular boxes that cannot change in size. Large rectangular boxes are not an efficient use of space on the screen and most just contain links instead of actual details.

I have played around with Seller Hub and it didn't take me long to figure out that it is woefully lacking in being anything close to an efficient and streamlined user interface ala Classic View.

Here's what I want on ONE PAGE:

* Active Listings

     - more than 25 at at time

     - customizable details displayed

     - bulk edit option

* Sold Items

     - including both shipped and unshipped

     - customizable details displayed, including relisted or not which doesn't seem to be an option in SH

* Unsold Items

* Drafts

* Promotional Offers in an easy-to-read format (SH Offers box is not easy to read)

* Announcements

* Customizable links on the left hand side of the screen

I don't want to see anything else, especially at the top of the page that would cause me to scroll down unnecessarily.

There is probably a bunch of features and details that I'm forgetting, but this is what I remember.

Nothing in Seller Hub comes remotely close to this functionality or usability.

Frankly, I'm not sure why they even retained the Myebay stuff, even as a new part of SH......unless they couldn't directly transfer it there.  Fact is they probably don't want to try to keep up 2 different "hubs"......and I predict the new stuff will go away at some point......  Instead of trying to learn how to use the "new" old ways.....probably be better to spend the time learning SH..........  in my opinion..........  Many sellers have done it in the last several years....

I hated (and still hate) any Windows program after XP..........which was/still is the best operating system Microsoft ever had....again my opinion.......  but I'm using Windows 10 or whatever the latest is.......don't like it, but use it.........because I have to......  just the way life is........
