Very frustrated. Not sure what changed.

My standard selling tactic (and I am selling just whatever stuff, not "pro" seller) - see same item and click "have one for sale"

 

Well, now it let's me do this, then it would not let me LIST with error about shipping method. I do select shipping, but UI reset's it and then complains again.

 

Now I have 3 items like this in "Drafts". When I try to "resume" - I get message on top:

"You are using business policy, which is not supported by this listing tool, please sign up Seller Hub so you can use the business tool to list items properly."

 

Not helpful. I tried to start with Template and it did list one item for me, but I have to start from 0 and choose category, etc, I can't simply use my drafts. And then, Template stays in place. I won't have 2nd of those items, I don't care about this template.

 

So, I am confused. I guess my Q is how do I list from my drafts or continue doing "Sell one like this" ?

It would help to know what it is you are trying to list and the category. 
It could be what you are trying to list can’t be shipped with the service in your shipping policy. Or you are using a service that was changed. For example Ground advantage has replaced First Class package and Parcel select.
