Have you looked at your seller dashboard like the message tells you to do? 
Being TRS isnt just about how much you sell per month. Your seller performance is also considered. 
Cases closed without a seller resolution 

Tracking not uploaded and validated. 
Late shipping. 
Transaction defects

Changing from a Top-Rated seller to a Below Standard seller should not happen without you being aware. The seller dashboard should hold all your answers. All sellers who wish to sell on eBay need to review their seller dashboard and try and resolve any problem areas before eBay changes your seller level. eBay also notifies you in your monthly review and gives Top-Rated sellers a month to correct any problem areas.

Why did you lose your Top-Rated seller level (look at seller dashboard) and what are you doing to correct the issues?

Don't forget to check on Seller Metrics as well for total INAD's and INR'S to see if there could be issues there.

You are located in Pakistan.  Are you drop shipping? My guess is several people may not be receiving their items and the complaints may be the reason.  Hard to tell as this ID has no sales or activity on it.  JMO.
