I've had 2 international sales in the past 2 weeks. Neither could be printed with eBay bulk shipping 😞
The one to ZA errored out at "Purchase Postage" ... I had to print from the individual order.
The Priority Mail Express International to Poland gave me a big red notice that I had to go to the Post Office ... that PMEI was not "supported by the eBay label process" ... since when??? It wouldn't even print through the order, I had to use PayPal shipping ...
The worst part about it is that, since I couldn't print though bulk shipping, neither of these were on the SCAN sheet and had to be scanned separately ...
Before now, I've never had an issue printing any USPS International using bulk ship ... including PMEI

Could someone please look into why USPS international labels are not working in Bulk shipping?
There have been numerous reports about issues with bulk shipping for international labels. over the past few weeks.
Those are just two that I found with a quick search ... I have seen other comments about it in threads that aren't dedicated to it ...
I'm sorry to keep bumping this ... but I didn't want to start a new topic.
tyler@ebay gave a response in chat yesterday stating that USPS restricts what services eBay is allowed to sell (copy paste below).
Today's error was a First Class International to Australia....eDELCON with a 1 page Customs Label.
So, so far, in 2 weeks, it seem as that ANY USPS International service is unable to be printed in Bulk shipping
PMI to South Africa? Nope
PMEI to Poland? Nope
FCPI to Australia? Nope
This is really frustrating 😞
If it can't print in Bulk shipping, it isn't on the SCAN sheet.
If it isn't on the SCAN sheet, I have to beg any of the substitute carriers to scan it separately.
It also doesn't get put on the bulk receipt page. I save the receipt page as PDF and it gets attached to the expense entry in my Accounting software. Having to do 2 accounting entries and attach 2 different forms of receipt (for this venue alone) is not BIG work, but is still time consuming. As a sole proprietor with a staff of me, myself and I ... every minute counts.
In the 4.5 years that I have been selling full time (and using Bulk shipping almost every day) ... I have NEVER had an issue printing ANY USPS International labels to ANY Country, using ANY service that is available when listing.
Some intern just gave us a big, long post about how to ship internationally on eBay that got pinned to the top of the board. If you want more sellers to ship internationally, please fix this?

Hi @penguins_dont_fly - Thanks for bringing these up.
1. Thanks for letting us know about this, we'll get it reported.
2. USPS does restrict which services and which countries we are allowed to sell postage for on their behalf. I don't have a single list for you, as they can change fairly rapidly. If you do receive the message that a service is not supported via online labels through eBay it is most likely that USPS added the service/country to the list of those we cannot currently sell.

Hi @penguins_dont_fly, thanks for reaching out to us. This is a known issue that our developers are current reviewing. Once they've determined the cause of the issue they'll get a fix implemented. In the meantime international labels will need to be printed separately while domestic labels can be done in bulk.

Yes. It has.
Up until about 2-3 months ago.
Some post offices and carriers insist on a SCAN sheet. And technically, they are required to scan a SCAN sheet, but not individual packages.

eBay recommends using a SCAN sheet, too.
I'm glad dropping stuff in the box works for you ... but for some, it does not.
The "big deal" is that it is BROKEN. And has been for months without any update from TPTB 😞

Funny thing, as soon as eBay finally fixed the problem printing USPS Priority Mail Express labels in bulk, the International bulk label problem soon came up.
At this point, I'm not sure if the problem is fixed or not. Seems to be an on-again, off-again situation.
It didn't work yesterday ... Priority to France refused to print 😞
