How to create a year end report ? Balance Sheet, Financial Statement from seller hub

     I can quite understand the complexities. It's not like the government makes tax preparation easy. It's what keeps accountants employed and supports tax companies like H&R Block and TurboTax. Even with the accountant support there is still a lot of information that the individual must provide. 

     Run the eBay report and play around with it a little until you get it into a layout that you are comfortable with. Everybody has their own style when it comes to keeping personal records.

I might ask for a step by step tutorial  lol I find myself reading in too much try to follow instructions.

What i think it says and what it says some times are not the same.

Did eBay get rid of this feature, because I don't see Payments > Reports > Transaction Report as an option. 

I'm trying to do the exact same thing as OP.
