Yes it 's the Seller Hub page. I don't think the app gives access to that (not sure) but even if you're on the app, the view count is also a blue hyper link. Check it out:

Well. That explains a lot! I was wondering how I managed to get 7 watchers on a popular vintage bike part in less than 24 hours but with no views at all:
But yes, if I click on the Views count, it tells me that there have actually been 17 views so far:
So that's a(nother) bug. Shall we start a timer on how long it takes to fix?

No, it's affecting ALL of them. Here's one I posted 4 days ago.
But here's the good part: it's clearly another rollout-affiliated glitch, but for something GOOD! Another member pointed this out, when you open up your Seller Hub:
And it does work! However, it is sorting only according to the view counts that were there before the glitch kicked in, HA. But hopefully they'll iron out the wrinkles fast.

What are the totals on that one just for today and yesterday? If you subtract the views from yesterday and today, do you get the total shown in Seller Hub?
eBay gave themselves some wiggle room here with a note on the view report page that says it may differ from other areas due to latency - my bet is right now they may be running at about a 2 day latency rate.
No the numbers don't align quite right; the popup viewcount adds up to 145 for yesterday and today. 443 - 145 = 298, not 308. However, I wouldn't expect perfect alignment unless the glitch started right at Midnight between Tue and Wed night. Am I making sense?
Now here's something I just noticed. --Why the heck aint I had no promoted views yesterday or today? I paid for PLE on this auction and it looks like it got promoted Sun-Tue, but not afterward???
