Undeliverable Return

I had an iten returned as undeliverable, no receptacle. As well, the item was shipping box was badly damaged and the itens were slightly damaged. No sure how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Resolved! What is the hold up on closing this unpaid sale?

Buyer bought items. One is item number 284776849623 and the listing says it ended April 30 in the morning. I cannot cancel this sale and they have not paid. Am I stupid? What's the issue? I asked for help on Facebook, but never got an answer.
