Hello!
The buyer gave me negative feedback, but wrote that he liked everything. (Good product very pleased). How can he fix it? Or how can I fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Marius.

He can change it if you send him a formal "Feedback revision request."
However, your feedback history will permanently show that you have 1 revised feedback. To remove it completely, you'd have to contact customer support and make a case that this rating/text combination violates their policy.

I don't think you should ask him to change it. Nobody ever reads the positive feedback, but at least sometimes buyers read the negatives. Your negative gives you praise, so it makes you look good. This way at least someone will see that you are a good seller.

YES, you may be right, but positive feedback is now 99.5%, not 100%.

Most people think that is a perfectly good number. If they object to one negative and don't bother to read it to find out what it is all about, then you don't need them to be your buyer because they are way too fussy.

If you do decide to submit a feedback revision, just remember, what you are typing is going to/going to be read by the BUYER. Kiss up to the buyer. Be humble to the buyer. Be nice to the buyer. Don't say something like "this idiot buyer of mine....."
