Wrong Image in Search Results

I sell products that are available in many colours.  The main image for a listing is a composite of all the colours; when a buyer selects a colour the image changes to the one associated with the chosen colour.

Since yesterday, the listing main image (the composite of all colours) is not showing on the search results.  Instead, one of the colour-related images is displayed.  I have 47 images using this format, and they are all affected.

The weekend is my busy time and, since yesterday, I have had just two orders - presumably because buyers see the image and, as it's not the colour they want, they ignore the listing.

My competitors' listings that previously displayed a composite colour image are also now displaying a colour-related image.

Is this a bug, or have eBay changed the image display protocol in the search results?  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  I have tried to call eBay, but the service is unavailable.

I have the same problem.  I first noticed it yesterday morning and started a thread here:

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Please-Check-Your-Variation-Listings-In-Search/m-p/31006753#M1...

I did report the issue to eBay yesterday afternoon.  I had no sales at all yesterday, so understand the frustration.

Re: Wrong Image in Search Results

Thanks for your response. It was yesterday morning when I first noticed. I'll follow your thread and see whether eBay responds with anything useful. I will also report it.
No sales at all today in the affected category when, on past performance, there should have been 15-20.
