I think they are saying your shipping is a little pricey.

I am not saying it is, that's how I interpret their feedback.

I glanced around for that item last time I was in the $ store, but could not spot one.

Good thing the buyer also had not spotted one, or that feedback could have been a different color😁

I bought something recently I could have gotten at the dollar store for less. I was more annoyed they put it in a polybag and it got crushed in shipping 😛 Kind of a tempting market to toy with.

Many years ago when the $ stores started up in this area there were ones that bought "close out lots", and often had items that were worth well more than a $, but these days there is little there with value that exceeds a $. Not the market for me to tap.

Yes unfortunately some people do look at it that way even though the price of the product has nothing to do with the cost to ship.  So many things can be found on Ebay that can't be sourced locally for folks for all kinds of reasons.  But the item still has to ship and even a four ounce item isn't cheap to ship anymore much less something that has a little more weight to it.

@inhawaii I personally don't think your shipping was over priced.

Did you give a shipping discount, or did you still charge $5 for each item?

Guessing here, yet have seen it typed differently. I would gather they felt your shipping price was a too high. Not enough space to put all their words. ~ I show my price on their shipping label. Since I charge just a little less, so I don't get that phrase. At least it's positive, yet they must have dinged your stars on shipping being too high. Stay Safe and Healthy.

It would annoy me too but they know that before buying. Odd you sold that BossPet thing for $5 with free shipping but most other sold items had $4 or $5 shipping. On small low priced items most people like seeing free shipping, for psychological reasons if nothing else.
