Hello. I have a website gaining lots of traction and was wondering if it would be against any eBay Terms of Service if I were to reach out to sellers whom I have built a trusting relationship with and see if they would be willing to pay a monthly fee to have me promote some of their listings via my website and social media accounts?

I have gotten a few of those type of emails. I immediately put the sender on my blocked buyer list.
See, I already have my own website and social accounts. Why would I need yours and pay a fee besides?

I don't know... exponentially increase your audience reach? By your logic, no company with a website/socials would ever pay for any advertising outside of their own channels. Seems oddly limiting, but you do you.
Cheers!

Oh, oh I know this one - I’ve just had my brain washed and I can't do a thing with it.
It has been estimated that about 96% of online searches go through Google.
It has been estimated that there are about 4 BILLION people with online access.
Because I use and understand Google’s SEO requirements ALL of my personal listings and ALL of my eBay listings are indexed on Google.
I do not pay either eBay and Google any advertising fees.
According to eBay metrics page about 60 % of my page views come from Google search not eBay search.
Why would I pay a stranger to reach he same people I am already reaching on Google?

If you have a website with substantial traffic you should look into become an eBay affiliate.
https://partnernetwork.ebay.com/
eBay will pay you if you send them traffic that results in sales with no need for you to interact with individual sellers.

How do you know all your ebay listings are indexed?

Because I do not depend on eBay to do it for me. I know how to do it myself.
And please don't ask me for instructions. That would take WWWWWWAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY too long. If you are interested in doing it yourself do a Google search (how appropriate) for SEO instructions.

I manage my own site and know how to do it.
So how do you add an ebay store as a property in search console? You can't get past verify site ownership.
Is there another route?

It is not a case of verifying site ownership. Google's Spiders don't care about that. It is a case of putting the proper "bait" to attract the Spiders in the first place. You aren't doing it.
Google SEO instructions.
All of the ones in the black square are mine.
