Won’t let me issue a refund

All I need to do is issue a refund but PayPal won’t let me add guns into my account and it won’t let me issue a refund through eBay, I am well and truly stuck

I don't see sales under this ID, but if you're in Managed Payments, refunds are easy-peasy.

Find the order under the Orders tab in your Seller Hub. Use the blue drop-down menu to the left of the order. Select 'Send Refund', enter the amount of the refund, confirm and submit. Good luck.

I add guns to my gun safe, not paypal ........ 😀

You need to have a cash balance in your PayPal account in order to issue a refund. You may need to upgrade your PayPal account if PayPal is not allowing you to add funds to your account.
