How can I withdraw my money there’s no option for withdrawal

In your iOS app go to My eBay > Payment Options to check the schedule.

Same - ebay is touting "on demand payment" but there is no withdraw option in the iPhone app. So I am switching back to "daily payouts."

It's easier to set it to daily and forget it-I think.

If you choose daily payments, you'll get your money within 1-3 business days.  Ebay does send payouts on the weekend.  I received one last week on Monday and my sale was the Saturday prior.

I have selected daily payouts and yet the money has been sitting on Ebay for months.

Do you have a bank account registered with ebay?

     You are in the UK so a lot of sellers on this forum are probably not familiar with how eBay transfers funds to the sellers. For the sellers in the US that are under managed payments almost all have a checking account that the funds transfer into after a period of time. 

     Hopefully another UK seller that frequents this forum may be able to provide you with the information you seek.
