So today I went to accept the offer I received (2 items x $10 each). I only had one available when I clicked "accept" the first time. It gave me an error and I then realized that I only had one item in stock, so I updated my stock, but still got the same error: "There is an issue processing your request."
I called eBay, and after 10-15 minutes said they would submit a ticket and the problem should be fixed in 7 days.
My offer has only 4 hours left on it currently, so it obviously will be expired. I know we are talking about $20 and one unhappy customer, but I eBay has said they have known about this issue since March 20th. It has already been 4 days...
Now, I have been wondering this for a long time... Why is eBay's website so horrible? I mean just think about going between different pages in settings:
It goes from full width 1990s to clean 2010 and then back to the 1990s but not full width... For being such a large company, why is it so bad? A lot of the glitches are caused by all the pages being independent from one another, and could be fixed quite easily (I mean I could change a few CSS stylesheets, and the 1990s would progress into the 21st century).
I guess i'm just a little upset about us sellers (who pay eBay a lot) get rewarded with a horrible website experience.

I would guess that updating the quality would not work for a previously submitted offer......

*quantity is what I think you mean, but If I change it to 3 available, the offer is only for 2, so I would still have one left in stock

yep.........brain is sprained. What I mean is, tho you updated the quantity, it would not apply to a previous offer............that would still be the original 1.

Tell the buyer there's a glitch because of the quantity available, and you'd like to reject their offer and have them re-submit it.
