Will it consider as scam or cheated buyer?

-Buyer disputed the transaction with reason “no authorize transaction”. We sold items thru ebay website, using paypal transaction,

- Why does paypal accept dispute from buyer's institution after  4 -5 months of selling? After 3 months of selling, No more ebay records, no more valid tracking for USPS tracking first class, then buyer got refund money for free, where is the proof that we can provide after these months. The items were delivered, that why we posted positive feedback to that buyer, and it still shown in that buyer's record.  Now, we loss for our items, for shipping, for paypal ebay fees, and immoral the most, dispute fee, what is that happening on the earth. Will seller be survive thru this??

Yes thru Paypal, a buyer has 180 days to file a claim. And if they used a credit card thru Paypal and their credit card offers protection further than 180 days... it trumps Paypal's time limit.

Yes, it is very difficult to pull records from that long. Ebay only keeps everything for 90 days for you. That is why you need another way to transfer your records to. I have ebay send all those transaction notifications to an email address for documentation. The last obstacle is if the tracking number is still on record or obsolete. For that one, you can only hope for the best... I think it is good for 4 months. USPS offers premium tracking service (at an additional cost). You can retain the tracking info for up to 10 years. That should help win your Paypal chargeback. I've won many just by submitting tracking alone. Good luck.
