Like title says, buyer is missing house number in their address so I can't ship to them. It's paid for and I messaged them letting them know I needed the rest of their address, but they never responded. Do I cancel with "problem with buyer's address"? And will this count against me? Thanks

And while I'm here, instead of opening a new thread.. I also seem to have just gotten an item back that I shipped out last month ironically. The package says "attempted, not known, return to sender". If I just refund, and then they open a case, will I end up refunding twice? Not sure what to do.
Also, (today just seems to be the day of weird delivery problems), I was curious about one of my high value orders that went out recently and checked it's tracking number and noticed it says it was out for delivery today but there was no secure location to leave it. I'll likely wait until tomorrow to see what the tracking says, but if it's not updated or still undeliverable, should I tell the seller they may need to pick it up at their post office?
These are three separate orders

The 'problem with buyers address' won't get you a defect, but why not try getting their contact info and see if it's on there first?(make sure everything else is the same). If it's not, then if you are about to go outside your handling time, you can do the cancel.

These are three separate orders
First order: Do as DK suggested and request their contact info from eBay. Perhaps the house number is included.
Second order: If you are going to do a FULL refund, then cancel due to problem with buyer's address and refund through the steps provided. If you are going to do a PARTIAL refund for item cost minus shipping & fees then just go to PayPal and issue a partial.
Third order: Give it another delivery attempt. If the second fails you may want to send a friendly message to the buyer letting them know to contact their PO and arrange a delivery date when they are available or to ask PO to hold pkg so they can pick it up.

Re: the third one, if there is no secure location available, USPS will leave a notice telling the buyer that they will need to go pick it up at their local PO. I had one of those a couple of weeks ago and the tracking stated that a notice was left; the buyer picked it up a couple of days later.
