Why you are being charged a fee for “Below Standard” evaluation after regaining “Above Standard”.

Hi All.

Fellow eBayer here. Just wanted to share a chat I had with an eBay rep about this situation. I had been “Below Standard” for a little bit of time due to some cancellations. I managed to regain my “Above Standard” status last month but was still being charged a fee for Below Standard performance. I tried looking in eBay’s terms, eBay’s social media videos explaining fees, and every thread on this forum about how to fix this. Turns out, you will be charged until you have 2 consecutive months/evaluations of “Above Standard” performance. I just wanted to share this as I saw a lot of people asking the same questions I did about this on multiple threads. I hope this helps some of you!

This is just another pathetic made-up excuse from them. I was told we get charged for listings that were created during the "below standard" time. Another representative told me there's an "article" stating how these fees are charged, however was unable to provide me such "article" after requesting it incessantly.

Months ago I talked with CS regarding the same issue and was told those fees stop being charged at the beginning of the following month.
