Next time it might be best not to respond to the feeback before you submit the feedback removal request. That is a tough one to take. Sorry you have to deal with it.

I don't see how that affects, or should affect the outcome. This is a clear case of buyer error.
We've just downgraded our store from Anchor to Premium, and lose the customer support telephone assistance as a result (still NOT worth an additional $230 a month) but it seems their policy is "No Anchor? You're SOL on feedback resolution".

I agree with you but i have seen feedback left complicate the feedback removal request in the past. Not saying you are SOL. I hope you have luck in having it removed.
