Why won’t my items automatically relist?

I am using the quick listing tool, as the instructions say, and my items still fall off after their first round.

It's Fixed price listings which are now Good Till Cancelled that automatically renew after 30 days.

If available to you, you would see a box to click to automatically resist up to 8 times. Sometimes it says 4 times.

Do you have the option of switching to advance listing tool?
