I had a vintage fur coat for sale, A red cashmere coat for sale and a train set for sale and they are not listed anymore. Why?

If the items were pulled by eBay for being in the wrong category or not allowed, I would be doing some checking before trying to relist. Just because something was able to list in the past, could just mean the bots just found it. If the bots found it, you should have messages as to why. If they say not to relist, then don't if you value your account.
If you did not have your account set to keep relisting, then maybe the time ran out on the listing? Don't know.
While we can see what you have sold or listed, we can not see any communications between you and eBay.

No one ended your stuff without your permission. You hosted auctions. If you are not familiar with on how auctions work, when you start an auction it automatically ends in seven days. In your case no one wanted your stuff so you had no bids and they did not get sold. You can go to each ended item and click relist if you want to try again. I suggest maybe lowering the price a bit to see if someone might still be interested in bidding.

More correctly, when a seller posts an auction, they choose the duration from a list containing 1, 3, 5, 7, & 10 days. One and Three day auctions incur an additional listing fee, whether the listing itself is free or not. I use 5 & 7 day listings with my auctions - 5 days for most everything, 7 days for something that I want to end on a particular day-of-week & time. 10 day auctions are used most often by sellers who want to 'cover' two weekends.
I do agree that the OP may be better off using a Fixed Price GTC listing rather than an auction -- but I recommend they research similar items on eBay for listings vs sales and average selling price. This is something every seller should know how to do, to help determine if it's worthwhile to attempt to sell something on the site, and if it is, how much can you expect to sell it for. It gets easier, faster, and more accurate the more you do it -- practice make efficiency

You have nothing to Sell on this ID ... is this your Selling ID?
Regarding the fur coat, that would violate eBay's Animal Products policy, link below.
It's mink, which is okay to sell on eBay. The listings were not removed. I looked at OP's Completed Listings and all three listings are there -- auctions that ended with no bids.

Thank you @maxine*j I appreciate that ... I tend to rely on OP's to supply information which in many cases they don't ... I haven't checked but has the OP stayed engaged here on their thread?

To add a little bit more detail about @jubre-7353's situation:
OP started 3 auction-format listings in the last week of February. They didn't get any bids, and when they ended they were automatically relisted two more times in the first two weeks of March. You can tell that they relisted automatically, not manually by the seller, because the start times were almost identical each week: either the same hour and minute of the day, or one minute later, so each one was relisted less than 60 seconds after they ended.
There's an option that can be checked on the auction listing form, that sets the auction up to be relisted "up to 8 times" if it ends without being sold. So, the unusual thing here, is: why did these auctions only get relisted twice? Why didn't they continue to be relisted?
I don't know the answer, but maybe someone else can shed some light on this.
