Why they couldn't see any items in my eBay store?

Hey guys
I just ask one of my friend to check my store, but he send me a screen that show there's none in my store, actually i have more than a hundred items already.
My store is of America site, Pls i just don't know why some eBay user can't see my products. is it because i don't ship to their country, or there's some other settings that i edited with wrong way??、

Most of your listings say:    From China

If you don't ship to their country, they won't see it.

One item of yours I checked ships only to US.......so someone in England will not see it unless they change the shipping to the US...........
