Why some listings changed to good till cancelled when I NEVER use that option?

Two of my items just expired but were immediately relisted as good till cancelled and had the offers option open when I did not select either option on those items. This is the third time its happened. And it won’t let me revise those options.

It's the default on the Quick Listing form or the phone app.  Use the Advanced listing form to revise, you may need access to a computer.
