I created a listing selling a digital camera. I noticed that the listing is not showing on Ebay.de
My account was created at ebay.co.uk and the listing was created on the main Ebay.com
Isn't everything connected with each other? ( I mean it should show in all European Ebay (Ebay.de, Ebay.it etc.) sites as it is shipped from Europe to Europe.
This is the link of my listing:

I see your digital camera when I search for it on eBay Germany, using the full title. So it is showing up in search results there.
Depending on the keywords that are used for the search, if the search returns more than a certain number of listings, then "foreign" listings, listings that are on other eBay sites, and listings on eBay sites that use a different language get less visibility. If there are a lot of "local" listings available, then foreign listings will not be included in the main search results. If the searcher uses additional keywords to reduce the number of results, then then eventually the "foreign" listings are included as well.
This is because most buyers prefer to purchase items that are listed locally. In this case, your choice to list the item on eBay.com, which is based in the USA, might not have been ideal. You might have gotten better search visibility in Europe if you had listed on an eBay website in Europe, or even the UK. If your target buyers are in Germany, then listing on eBay Germany would be the best choice.

Also, it appears that the special characters you used around the 2 words at the beginning of your title, 【Good Condition】, are not being displayed on eBay Germany, so that might interfere with your search visibility as well.

You will will have to give more information about how you were searching on eBay. de. Whether an item shows on ebay.de is not just a "yes or no" question.
For instance, your item is listed as being located in Greece. what item location (Artikelstandort) was selected when you searched eBay.de?

This is rampant and across the board on eBay, I am based in europe, & my exquisite rare items (& those of other sellers) are as good as invisible to international buyers.
The same is true for you. If you list on .com those items will not be seen by anyone in Europe, unless they use as good as the entire title. I have gone into battle with eBay over this for years, after they no longer showed my UK based & listed items on eBay.com, it happened literally overnight 5 or 6 years ago, & at the time I was a gold start top rated seller without a single defect on my account, I was selling so much internationally I even employed a girl to help. I thriving terrific eBay business basically died overnight, I even had long term repeat buyers contact me to see if I was still selling on eBay
I spoke to numerous eBay support agents, in the days when you could contact them with ease, & not a single one was able to explain why my listings, other than jewellery, a mere 10-15% of my stock was visible.
Even worse, was you could find (you can still find) my listings on Google, but if you click on the listing, you are taken into eBay.com & shown "similar" items, so priceless rare expensive items did not, do not get sold
I have no idea why eBay did this, a quite deliberate cancelling out of tens of thousands of Europe based sellers, most selling rare valuable collectable items.
This past December 2024 I sold a mere $900 worth of goods, only 5 or 6 years ago, this would have been roughly 60% my annual seller fees for Oct, Dec & January
