After two great last week of August, it is slow again. Promotional listings don't help...
Is it something to do with their fall updates...??? Same was before summer updates. I think they do too many nonsense updates and with each update, it becomes worst and worst...
The biggest problem of eBay -it is search engine CASSINI, which was introduced in 2013, today is 2018 and Cassini is backward already. The search doesn't have any logic- it always gives what you don't look for.. something else...
I think eBay needs to stop nonsense updates and fix CASSINI first. Than more buyers will come to eBay.

It is nothing to do with Cassini, we see your stuff. If a buyer wants your stuff they will buy your stuff. The only exception to the rule is if a buyer only uses best match and is too lazy or dumb to change it to lowest first, ending soonest etc. No need to keep saying one week was good one week was bad. You are selling in the two categories that are the toughest for any Ebay seller, clothes and jewelry. It will ALWAYS be that way when it comes to sales on those categories.

Do you reach out to a customer when they buy from you and ask them to check your other listings? Run your items on social media Pinterest, Facebook etc. On the clothing items that market is saturated with too many sellers. Try reducing prices you need to offer a few bargains to get people to look. Run a 15% off sale. Try some auction at cheaper starts. End older listings, amend them and list them again on sell similar not relist. Use 30 days not GTC mode. Have you checked if any of your listings need to be fixed to eBay Catalog? Your international shipping is a bit high

Over the last several days whenever I have attempted to check out the (items for Sale) of several Sellers using my cell phone, I repeatedly got the following message: "This page isn't working" which could be one of the reasons for slow sales, this needs to be fixed asap. If you know to whom this should be reported, please do so, so that is can be fixed.

Hit listings from seller HUB then look at Requires Product if there is a number next to that then click and see what needs fixing. Several seller report selling used or usique goods being forced to match it to eBay Caralog new products. If you have any items that need fixing they will likely be being blocked in searches. Did you get messages from eBay recently about fixing listings?

Keep an eye on that but do try slashing prices or a 15% off sale

My sales have tanked at the beginning of May and have never recovered. I was hoping at the start of September, it would pick back up when vacations and summer activities wind down. I haven't had a sale in 3 days. It keeps getting worse each month. I'm down 60% from this time last year! I'm only giving this until the end of the month and then I may just pull the plug. I have even offered free returns and guaranteed delivery and that didn't make any difference.

Currently my sales are up 115% from this time last year and I'm up 156% over the last 30 days. It's not slow for everyone.
I have been running mostly auctions lately instead of fixed price which is helping. If anyone looks at what I've sold, there is one listing that was super expensive and I took next to nothing for it. Priced it high as I put it up for a specific buyer and didn't want someone else buying it before he could make an offer.

You have an interesting product line. Do you have a B&M shop as well?

They are truly unique finds. Not everybody is looking for them or is willing to pay for them (though the prices seem reasonable). I would recommend trying to emphasize how certain items are for fall or the upcoming holidays. Dealing in the unusual means you do a lot of sitting and waiting for the buyer of the unusual and there arent many. If you are looking to make a quick buck then you need to diversify into more trendy, lower cost items. Sometimes the bread and butter pieces bring in the buyer who suddenly realizes they cant live without the vintage silk kimono.

Shipping:$62.45 USPS Priority Mail InternationalShipping:$67.10 USPS Priority Mail International
Consider First Class international instead for smaller items. Most international buyers DONT expect it overnight and would rather pay less shipping.
