I bought a pair of cv joints for a 2010 Nissan ultimate, the part was the wrong one it's to small but can't find item on my phone to return ,what should I do ?

My payout was 20

Why did ebay take so much? It charged them $44 and my earnings said $29.92 minus all the fees, etc. But my payout was $20 only. Does that seem right? The buyer paid for shipping.

I sold preorder items that were within policy, then they got delayed for 3+ months...

I don't know how to handle this. There was a set date on the website of when they'll arrive which was within 30 days of sale. Then on release day the ETA was delayed for over 3 months. No explanation, maybe it was tariff related, I don't know. Anyway...
