Why isn't anyone talking about this?

There's a glitch - a big glitch.  A seller I know woke me up at 2am friday morning. She doesn't always remember I'm 3 hours behind her. Sometime during the night it started.  She couldn't log into her mobile to work on her account.  She has orders but can't print out her labels.  I tell her it's a fluke and just go into her paypal account to do it.  

Now I'm awake - curious I try to get into ebay and low and behold I can't either.  Weird. Go back to sleep.  6am rolls around and I check it again. Still can't get into ebay.  Call eBay - they tell me that they are aware of the problem and will create a ticket for me.  Friday nothing happens all day

Saturday - nothing happens - still can't log in - just tried

Sunday now - still can not log into eBay to list or BUY anything. Surely this isn't just affecting my west coast cell phone or her east coast cellphone. So does this mean that buyers and sellers alike nationwide can not get into ebay via a cellphone? If so this would surely account for slow to no sales on eBay for the last few days. Ebay has pushed mobile for so long now - what's happening? I never cared for it myself and I'm grateful that I use a desktop. BUT?????

Your answer could have been to turn her phone off and back on to try to clear the problem.

naw - done that several times and ebay told me they were aware of it - but just for giggles I'll do it one more time

ok turned it off and on - also called my east coast seller and she can't log in still either - did you check your phone?

Just checked my cell phone and everything looks fine.  Please note, I do not use my cell phone for listing, so I do not know if that is where the problem is.  Messages opened, sold opened, drafts opened and offer to buyers opened.

No problems for me .

ebay mobile help  most likely  are off for the weekend but maybe tomorrow you can get help there

labs - thanks - I have an Iphone too not sure what she's using in NC - thought about the what kind of phone angle.  it's a weird thing happening - gonna head to teck board and see

Other posters have stated they had a problem with logging into Ebay recently.

Some had the problem for days, but I thought it was resolved by now.

Three times this week I was unable to log into my ebay selling account; I would get a error message saying that the information that I entered was incorrect, which it wasn't. It is entered automatically from my browser.

Subsequent log-in attempts succeeded.

It was alarming though! Never had this happen before.

I could not log in either, I had changed my password twice and still nothing. So I called eBay and they had to send me a link plus log in with my email instead of user name plus change password again!
