So I’ve had a few problems with buyers like one buyer paid for a collectible card then just changed his mind and decided to try and lie about the card . The card was mint condition never ever in a deck or even lightly played he put in my feedback profile it’s a highly damaged card I can prove it’s not well I don’t even think I own cards in that condition plus without a seller union we are all just at the mercy of the domain

You're more thinking of an association of some kind.
Name a few of the ways.....how about even one way........
FYI - Seller associations for eBay sellers have started many times over the past 20 years, every time they go up in flames because of internal bickering and often when those in control run off with the money contributed by members.
If you think you can do better go ahead and start an organization.

ALL sellers, when they make the decision to list and sell on eBay, need to understand exactly how it works.
One of the first items would be the Money Back Guarantee for buyers. No way to know for sure, but there are probably very few sellers here who have not received an NAD case. We pretty much know that eBay is heavily biased on the side of the buyer in any situation.

No, you can't prove it.......you can have all the pictures in the world, but no one knows what you actually mailed except you and the buyer........ So ebay has to make a judgement and they side with the buyer......just a fact of life........mail order will always favor the buyer, otherwise ebay gets a reputation of a scam site if they decide against an honest buyer.........

We don't work for EBay. Union's are mostly for people who work FOR a company

A Seller's Union......
Now there's an idea thats never cropped up Before.....🙄
As a Seller, we are not employees of E-Bay.
Does anyone ever read the User Agreement that they "agree" to in order to sell here? The agreement updates that they have to acknowledge each time (often) it is updated?
The answer muat be a resounding "no".

You have to be an employee of a company to be in a union.

Yeah, that union talk has been brought up before, they must not understand why and how a union is formed or maintained with dues.

Clearly the OP is frustrated........we have a union thread and class action law suit thread running at the same time on the Seller board. Seller frustration must be high?
Less drastic ways to perhaps tackle the angst at hand?
Hug a pet, hug a loved one. Set your clock to 5 o'clock and hoist a cold iced tea!
Perfect recipe for calm. Now.....we no longer need a union......we just need a bunch o' clocks!

Yes, as sellers, we are at the mercy of eBay. That is one of the risks associated with online selling on this platform. But an informed seller can be successful here.
First, decide what your risk tolerance is. Second, know the terms and rules for selling on eBay. That is necessary to protect your interests.
So there is no turning to someone else to guard your account. It is all up to you. Best of luck and wish you smooth sailing ahead.

Your feedback profile indicates that your problems are likely self-inflicted.
You need to read and understand the rules of eBay. You are not "at the mercy of the domain", if you understand how the domain works and what YOUR responsibilities are here.
Like, sending the items that the bidder wins and pays for.
Like, understanding that sellers are not allowed to leave negatively worded feedback for buyers.
Outside of the actual rules and policies of the site it is also a good idea to understand basic concepts of customer service. Some people are just not suited for dealing directly with the public. Your feedback profile both received and left indicate some work is needed on your part.

We aren't recognized as employees, (though in many ways we are), so we cannot be a union.
You're more thinking of an association of some kind.

What you should be worrying about is what will happen when those buyers for whom you leave positve feedback with negative comments begin to report you for that particular violation of eBay policy.
If you want to hve a future on eBay, you must do your homework, read and understand how eBay works, instead of fantasizing about someone else starting a "union" to protect you from yourself.

It's doubtful that anyone reads the User Agreement.
And even fewer people read the Money Back Guarantee until/unless they are directed to do so by mentors here.

As a new seller you are pretty much doing everything you can to be either suspended or shut down for good.
Please read the rules surrounding selling and interaction with buyers - most especially feedback as you are on very shaky ground.
