Why is there no way to get all the sales info/fees for specific items in one place?

I would like to be able to generate an excel report that includes the following items:
Item Title
Custom Label
Item subtotal
Buyer paid shipping and handling
Shipping amount I paid
Final value ebay fee (fixed)
Final Value Ebay Fee (variable)
Promotional fees
International fees
I don't believe this report currently exists from eBay, but it should be SO easy for them to offer.
The current report I can find is the transaction report - this report separates the transactions for promotional fees, the sale of the item, and shipping cost paid. It also doesn't include the SKU number for each of these separate transactions listed, which makes it nearly impossible to determine which fees are associated with which transaction.
For example:
I sold a Northface Fleece Pullover for $15 + $9 shipping, which I used promoted listings for.
In the CSV transaction report, it has 3 different rows that list information for this one transaction.
Row 12 lists bulk shipping costs on 10/31/22 for $18.94 on 4 separate items. It doesn't reference what SKUs, order number, or item title this charge is for.
Row 26 lists "other fee" of $1.82. It does reference the order number and buyer name, but not the SKU or item description for this item.
Row 27 lists the order number, buyer name, and "net amount". It also lists the SKU, item description, shipping charged, fixed fee, final value fee, and international fee. However, the "net amount" only includes the gross transaction amount minus the final value fixed fee, variable fee, and international fee. It doesn't include the promotional fees or the shipping cost I paid.
It would be so easy for eBay to provide a report to be downloaded that showed a true reflection of your actual net amount that included item subtotal + shipping and handling collected - final value fee (fixed) - final value fee (variable) - promotional fee -international fee - shipping amount spent to purchase label.
Mine would look like this $15 (item subtotal) + $9 (shipping and handling collected) - .30 (fixed) - $3.08 (variable) - $1.82 (promotion) - $.42 international fee - $5.08 (shipping label purchased) = $13.30 true net amount from eBay for my item with a SKU of 4B-2-7.
Yes, I was able to gather all of this information for this one item, but I would like to know this information for hundreds of items and not have to cobble together this information from different reports or rows within the same report.
Why can't eBay make all of this information available in one location so that it can be easily digested/accounted for? They know all of this information about each transaction, even if they don't know all of it at the same time (shipping costs might come later). Why can't they offer a report that shows my true net for an item that I receive from eBay? It seems like they are purposely obfuscating the fees associated with selling an item by making this so hard to access for individual items.

I believe the transaction detail export will give you all of this in spreadsheet (CSV) form.
It is accessible in the Seller Hub under Payments > Reports > Transaction reports. I download it once for the previous year when I do my taxes. It gives me all the information I need from eBay for my tax return.
