Why is that when I am creating a draft, if I just type "Fabric" and do a search I get SUV's? Weird.

I never quite understand ebay's search algorithm. I know this is an old issue. I started a listing for fabric, just typed "Fabric" and pressed search. I get SUV's. In what universe does an SUV come under fabric? Just weird. I've had other inexplicable search results, both as a buyer and a seller. It can't be that difficult. Smiley Tongue                                                        ebay 034.JPG

eBay's search is now guided by Artificial Intelligence!!!  What this means is that you will be shown what eBay has come to learn has interest to you and will, therefore, suit you and fit your needs.

All you need to do is relax and accept that you are now to make a purchase of a SUV.  So don't fight it.  Choose a color.

As you type in more information like Cotton Plaid Pattern etc.  the selections should change, if not - perhaps Ebay is not the place to be selling the Fabric.  Sorry - the changes that are made on this platform are getting worse by the month.  Soon, no one will be able to purchase anything because the changes will prevent it.

I think the SUV's have fabric seats, probably you need to be more specificlaughing

I checked it out just to see what went wrong...  Smiley Wink

I did a search by just typing in *fabric* and got three different listings for Vape Juice... including watermelon flavor!  Smiley Very Happy  Cracking me up!  But no SUV's for me.  Guess I'm supposed to take up vaping now, and here I never knew until right this moment.

I got actual fabric when I typed in fabric.  But that's because I have a current listing for a bolt of fabric and have searched the category in the past.

My SUV has leather seats so I'm sure that's why I didn't see vehicles; ebay must know that, right ?

Vape Juice ??  What the ...

Except you aren't searching 'under' anything. You are putting in a keyword and apparently that keyword applies to SUVs with 'fabric' interiors.
