For what reason and write does eBay have to charge me for something that I sold say I sold something for $200 I have shipped it out it takes 7 or 8 days to get there I've already got eBay want me to pay them on that particular sale for their cut why can't they wait for their cut until I get it to pay them if I don't have money in my bank account they automatically charge my account and then send me a stupid message saying I better resolve this or I'm gonna have a problem getting paid that is redundant stupid idiotic not all of us are Triple A sellers on eBay and do it for a living some of us do it for extra money some of us do it to get rid of stuff that we need some of us do it to come up with money to feed our families think about the big picture here eBay it takes sellers and buyers to make eBay.  I'm not doing this for a living I'm doing it for extra cash and the pass on stuff that I don't use anymore that somebody else could And sometimes I sell stuff on here because I need to feed and my familyPay bills and make ends meet and when you guys hit my bank account when there's not enough enough to cover your enormous amount of cut from what I sell that's a problem.  On top of that  Buyers have the upper hand on every deal we're left at their mercy to be happy with their purchase whether they took in to consideration if it's something they really want or not and then when they get it they decide they don't want it so they make a  Stupid excuse to get you back. Now I bought stuff and had to return stuff on Amazon whole different ball game it's mutually on there seller and buyer have no more rights than each other so I feel that's a better deal Amazon protects or sellers just as much as they protect their buyers eBay don't they protect the buyer more.  Then on top of that you got all these alibi people buy it stuff from China for road cheap off Ali babos and Ali express and bangood and then repost it on eBay Quadruple of price and they aint even got it in hand they actually put the order in after their customer pays for it which is them worse it'd be a different story if they bought it out right and then sold it for a little bit more because they have it ready to ship and you get it quicker. Why would I buy something from somebody on here and then it takes them 30 days to ship it to me and they're posted in the US.

I'm really not sure what you're problem is.  Did you sell something and are still waiting to be paid? Or did you buy something and the seller refuses to ship until the 30 days transpires? Your message is a bit unclear, especially due to your composition.  It all runs together.   Paragraphs and punctuation are your friend.

If you haven't sold any thing in the last 90 days, ebay considers you a new seller.  New and infrequent sellers are subject to having their funds held for up to 30 days.  This is to back the Money Back Guarantee that ebay offers to all buyers.  This way, if there's a claim filed by the buyer, the funds are there to refund the buyer.   Also NO RETURNS does not mean NO refunds.  I would change that policy, as it is part of the MBG.

If you have a buyer who states they're not going to ship until the 30 time frame is up, you should report them:

If you need customer service, don't use ebay's. Use the one that is offered on FB:

With Ebays thirty day MBG, and six month buyer protection at PP, and cc's, Ebay prefers that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.

I'm not sure either what you are saying.  When you sell something ebay takes their fees from the buyers payment. They don't bill you and expect you to pay separately which is what you seem to be saying.
