Why is eBay/Paypal (same Corporate entity) practicing CORP PREDATORY PRACTICES?

Why is Ebay/Paypal now acting like Predatory Corporations?

1) Paypal holding your money illegally for extended periods without cause?

2) Ebay deleting your sales history without your consent?

3) Actively INTERFERING in a legitimate problem help resolution with a customer?

4) Being completely focused on raking in your $$$, while providing very POOR

     'Customer service'?

5) Making it extremely diffcult to contact Ebay?

They are not the same corporate entity.  They split years ago.

eBay and  PayPal are not only different companies but eBay is now separating themselves further by requiring sellers to accept manage payments

so further changes are probably on its way

Funny story; eBay bought PayPal, then a few years later eBay sold eBay and kept PayPal.  Now the new eBay is making it's own Paypal, with blackjack and hookers.
