Why is Ebay Allowing This Search Minuplation

I Was just browsing thru Listings, and Set the Search for lowest Price, I was looking for shoes.  One of the styles that came up was listed at Under $7.00   So I went in to look at them.  When I click on the size 9 and the color blue,  In the attributes drop down, The price for that item, SAYS BOX.  with a brown box in the  picture or a blank box.   WHY does ebay allow this to be done,  This is search Minpulation, and it is effecting all of us Honest Sellers  and Sellers who are buyers.

Report the listing.

It is search manipulation and is not allowed.  

The bots don't always catch everything (although they really need to get better about this issue)

I've also noticed China has started putting US ship on all their photos and claim it's in the US when it isn't. And then on the feedback, with a score of 95% you will see all the angry comments about it. Reported, but no one cares. They have a different set of rules on their eBay. And these are the sellers on the front page representing eBay, with their atrocious feedback and ratings.

Just as you can see the feedback and deduce that the seller is located in China, it is the responsibility of all buyers to do their due diligence before making purchase decisions.  Blaming the sellers will not stop dishonest sellers, but refusing to buy from them will...
