Most other online shopping sites allow you to see any and all traffic that comes to your store in real-time. My Ebay traffic report hasn't updated since February 3rd. None of the "Performance" categories have updated in almost a week.
Has eBay ever given a reason as to why we don't have real-time traffic reports? If I'm experiencing a slow day or even busy day, I'd like to be able to compare that data to previous days while it's happening to me ... not a week from when it's already happened to me.

My guess is that eBay has bigger fish to fry.

Honestly, it seems eBay is trying to provide us less statistics rather than more statistics, as they're getting rid of any statistics we can use to confirm that tech issues exist.
Just look at what they've been doing to Terapeak for the last year. It's absolutely a dumbed down version of what it used to be, and now they've been announcing support for actual Terapeak is going to be stopped soon because they've been "integrating it in to Seller Hub".
If we look at the small piece they've integrated to Seller Hub, it's just a small fraction of the functionality it used to have, and then considering Terapeak itself was gutted, it seems the plan is rather than actually "integrate" the functionality, they just hid it from user access.
Sadly, Terapeak was one of the few ways sellers could diagnose issues on their own store. Without that, we're left without a paddle, as eBay support is very difficult in handling any tech issues. Even if CSR's reproduce it, they have expressed being upset with the tech team because "they repeatedly open cases and the tech team says there's no issue, even if they include screenshots of the error".
I wish the decisions weren't based around technical issues these days, it seems sad but true.
