Just wondering. I accept multiple (5-10) Best Offers on listings every day and only a tiny fraction of them display with strikethroughs on the sale price when looking at the Sold comps.
Is this a glitch? It's somewhat problematic for sellers who are trying to price to the market using Sold comps to gather information. And no I don't want to dig into Product Research/Terapeak every time I'm doing a listing, I just want to scan down a list of recent Sold comps for a snapshot. But if that snapshot is saying everything sold for $100 when actually people are accepting offers of $60 then...... what even is reality anymore?
