Why does the last order you shipped almost always stay in unshipped orders?

This bug has been going on for as long as I can remember, at least months if not years.

The issue is that the last order I shipped almost always remains in my "Unshipped orders" list, if I refresh the page 10-20 times it sometimes eventually disappears but will come back with another refresh.

I'm worried I may once not notice it's already shipped and might accidentally ship it again.

Why can't they fix this bug after all this time? I can't be the only one with this issue.

eBay's response is not enough sellers have reported the problem for a sitewide tech ticket to be generated. So report the issue to CS. More sellers reporting, better chance at enough impacted users to get a sitewide tech ticket which means eBay will actually look at the issue.
