Why does this eBay page continue to tell me that I have one unsold item when I have none? Here's the printscreen showing me that I have one unsold item:
When I click on "Unsold ( 1 )" above, I get this screen, showing that I have no unsold items:
I had an unsold item but I relisted it several days ago. Yet the "one unsold" message lingers. How do I clear it or get rid of it?

You have a filter on your Unsolds..... "Not Relisted Yet" that means you have 1 Unsold and 0 of the Unsolds have NOT been relisted.
It's showing the correct information in both places!

I never noticed the issue until I dusted off a dormant selling account that has now been thrown into that hideous white seller hub front page. It tells me everything that has rolled off as unsold for the month, and every time I see it I click in to see if there is something I need to relist, but I've already done it and just get another white page. Hate it.

Not sure why that screen is showing that
IF this screen is from your posting id , you do show 1 item not sold on your completed listings.

It always does that. Never seems to refresh from the last time.
Agree. Those numbers are seldom right for me.
For example, my "Solds" should say "2" for today. It says "117" which most likely is the number for the last 90 days. If I go ito my Sold Dashboard and come back out, that usually whacks the counter back into shape so the number is accurate (for a while) until something else happens.
Just ignore it.

An listing that doesn't sell is counted as unsold, regardless of whether it has been relisted, how many times it's been relisted, and whether it eventually sold. The same listing if you offer it for sale 3X and it sellers on the 3rd try, will still show up as count = 2 in unsolds.
While at first glance this might seem like confusing or contradictory information, it's actually really useful if you're trying to keep count of how many listings you have run during any given period.

Erm, the OP said she has NONE in her unsolds, relisted or not.
The OP isn't noticing that the (0) is a subset of her unsold items. Namely unsold items that haven't been relisted. Since she relisted that unsold item, the number of unsold, not relisted items = 0

I've seen the light! Thanks for clarifying that for me!
Now that I have three unsold and zero not relisted, it's clearer to see how that works.
Thanks to all who responded!
