Hello all,
I found myself with some gun related items and I have tried to list them following the policy and guidelines that eBay has posted and it got pulled very quickly.
My question is should I even bother trying to sell that type of stuff here or just go somewhere else?
The items in question are a few standard 45 clips, a set of grips, a couple of air-soft guns and a few bolt-on's. Nothing major and nothing that requires any kind of red tape if bought in California (which has some of the strictest guns laws in the known universe)
I tired to search the forums and couldn't find anything current and we all know how much policy's like to be changed around here. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask then to go off of old information.
Thanks in advance
-Matthew

None of us can answer you, only the ebay bots know for sure, and they are not human.
There was a guy selling flashlights,
But they were "tactical" flashlights. boot.
There was a guy who sold plants, but he could not sell to Tx or Cali.
He got the boot for canceled orders.
The bots have no mercy.

Read this very carefully:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/firearms-weapons-knives.html
It's eBay's current policy

Because there are international, federal and state laws governing gun related items. There is also the potential for bad publicity and/or liability on the part of eBay.
