While cruising the sold vacuum tubes listings. I found a seller who sold a pair of tubes that I listed back in April but were restricted by GSP.
The seller used my photos and description to the letter.
I won't list all the questions I have.
Think about it. What you you think? Other sellers might be interested to know.
As a buyer, I'd be ....... No way they could have received the actual tubes they bought.....or could they?

this is what happens when items get restricted/undeliverable by gsp. They have certain sellers that get the items and they use the previous sellers pictures and descriptions every time and try to sell it as buy it now priced at what it sold for. if they cannot sell it for that price, they then drop the price but if too many people start watching it then the price goes back up but never for more than what it initially sold for when gsp got it.
The biggest thing is it is only sold to the USA versus worldwide so it can legally be shipped to them without any headaches.

Am I understanding that you listed the tubes, they were sold, but GSP wouldn't send to the buyer because of their (or the target country) rules? You got the money but Pitney Bowes kept the items? Now they are relisted.......
If that's the case.......I know PB does relist the items........and because it is allowed by ebay.......they used your description, etc. And since you got the money.......I see no problem with it. I'd feel lucky I didn't mail them myself, then having to deal with perhaps Customs confiscating the items and never seeing them again.....and then have to refund the buyer.
As a buyer.......well, if it's a country restriction.......I'd be mad at my gov't.......

eBay allows this now. It doesn't matter much if the seller has the original item or not. eBay will no longer entertain complaints from ebay sellers even if they become VERO members to try to retain control over their photos and text.

I always use a light watermark to help prevent my photos from being used. One has to be careful and not obstruct any details in the picture of the item though.

Worry not what others are doing.
Every second spent on that is time I've wasted not worrying about my own business.

I wouldn't test (tm) matters.
