This is more of a mini rant lol.
I've been selling for a few years on Ebay now, and I can't believe how many different glitches and bugs this website has. Every day there's a new glitch that hinders selling items. I wish I was exaggerating. Is the website just created so poorly that it can't function properly or what? I've experienced:
Website won't load, can't print shipping labels, can't cycle through pages of listings, listing items starts in the middle of the page, listing pictures not uploading, settings not saving, items don't search up when searching in seller hub, labels double charging, items won't combine, website freezing up, old orders not showing, previous sold items missing, duplicate listings of the same item when hitting "create listing", and many more that I can't remember...
I just can't have one single day without some type of glitch that I have to work around to list items it feels.
Again, just a mini rant that I bet some of you can relate.

I haven't experienced any of those glitches you mentioned. Perhaps try using a different browser to access eBay. I use Firefox on my Hp laptop, Edge on desktop PC or Safari on my iPad.

I use multiple browsers. Sometimes I have to switch browsers because one is acting up and I have to use Edge as a work around instead of chrome and etc...
They're all pretty small annoyances, but it adds up over time.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently?

I have been noticing I am running into error pages a lot more often than I ever have before, the last few weeks. The frequency is increasing.

I rarely have glitches with eBay. Maybe you need a new laptop or phone.

The result when you hire idiots for developers.
Hire clowns, expect a circus.

I have not had problems with Ebay errors for many months.
I also use Firefox, never allow Chrome on my system - it has problems on many sites. From time to time I use Edge which is Chrome based but it is usually because of a need to do something which does not work with Firefox. I never used Edge on Ebay.
I never use the Mobile Apps to do any seller functions.

Often times we forget to clear our cache and cookies on a regular basis. This can mess with how things present on Ebay. Sometimes the simple answer can be the correct answer. Clear your cache and cookies. Shut down your device. Let it rest for a moment and then try again.

Because ebay is filled with web techs gone wild. They have total control over this place. Who sells, who is in never ending beta testing, for the changes here are daily, they will tell you we want this, we are trying to keep up with e commerce, but yet, this is the only site on the web that does this.
They have chased away sellers and buyers with it, it is not rolling blackouts, it is your in a beta.
Then they never fix anything. Sellers have been begging them to stop for years, but they have total control. It will never end. Either the board and CEO are so stupid to this fact, or they want this for a particular agenda.
Who knows. But just wait until you get in there beta loop. Your sales will plummet.

I built this $3,000 PC myself and it's not old lol. It's also only ebay that has the issues.
