Why do the labels I print with a Dymo 4XL not use all of the label space?

They look like this. I can scale up to 108-109, but then certain portions get cut off. I can save the label and print via acrobat reader and same thing. Firefox, same thing. Nothing I do can fix it. Please help--its so annoying. Thanks!
