Why do some of my listings say “does not ship to US” when I’m in the US? Really?

Okay, so several items I’ve listed this morning say “seller does not ship to United States” when I look at them in Preview before listing them. Why? I’m in the US and I do not accept international orders. Has my account been hacked by someone outside the US? I’ve since seen it on two other US sellers items when I looked at them. What’s going on?

That's what I thought.  A glitch.

In the couple of listings I looked at, 

Under shipping it says, in part, "Excludes: North America"

Could that be causing a problem?

Guess we'll start seeing the ever popular "does not ship to your state" as well
