I've had a store on eBay for 3 years. I have never once gotten a supplies coupon, the ones that are supposed to be issued quarterly. When I go to the page where they are supposed to be, there are only a few offers for other things, never supplies. Do you have only 24 on the first day of the quarter to claim them? What am I missing?

From your Seller Hub, go to 'Manage Store' under Selling Tools. When the next window opens, choose 'Subscriber Discounts' on the left. The eBay Shipping Supplies coupon code opens. You have a whole quarter to use the credit.

The coupons are issued only for store subscriptions at the Basic level or above, so if you have a Starter store there's no coupon. Otherwise, you should find it at the link below. The coupon is good for the full quarter.

I put it on my google calendar, it sends me a text notification the day after it comes out (the day after so I am sure it's out when I go look). Even then I've been known to space notifications but at least I can't say I didn't see it or nobody told me.
And it's programmed as a recurring event so every quarter it notifies me, on the exact date too.

I looked at your store. You only have 100 items listed, which would be about right for a Starter Store.
Starter Stores do not get the coupon.

For Basic and above level stores, the coupon is issued on the first day of the quarter and is valid through the last day of the quarter.
It can be found under Manage Store>>Subscriber Discounts

For just 100 listings, a Starter store probably isn't a good investment. They pay the same final value fees as non-stores and are subject to category restrictions on auction-format listings. Non-store sellers now get 200 free basic insertions per month.

eBay Bucks certificates are issued on a quarterly schedule, too, on about the 3rd of the month. So if you purchase on eBay as well as selling, the Bucks notification is also a proxy for the availability of your Store supplies coupon.
