I was looking for a particular sale order yesterday that was placed on 4-18-2022. I have always been able to go to seller hub/orders/see all orders and then scroll down and find an order that I need. It is set to sort "by date". When I get to the orders received on 4-18-2022 I see several orders but not the one that I need. I then look at each order from yesterday back to 4-15-2022. It is not there. Tried several times but no luck. So I looked for several other orders and found one more order from 4-10-2022 that is missing from the list. Luckily I had the customers names and was able to find the order by searching that way. Today I called customer service. No luck there! I was told to search by order number, or item number, etc., but I do not keep record of every number and name associated with every sale. I should be able to see "all" orders on the "all orders" page. My first worry was " did my money disappear too"? After checking a bit more I did find the money was credited correctly. Oh well......
