Why can't they just stop !!

So, I have 3 sales today...great 😊 So I go to purchase my shipping label and, of course, why not, there's another new page.  Instead of all the info being on one page, now I see 3 boxes and if I want to change the information, another 3 *&%# clicks.  So tired of it.

I just saw this myself. Why are the CONSTANTLY messing with design? It's worse now! It's less intuitive, more clicks, and laid out weird. Plus, when you are a seller you like to have things be the same consistantly so that you don't have to constantly think about every last click you make. For a lot of us, it becomes a routine that you don't have to pay strict attention to. It's bad enough you have to make sure addresses, weight, dimensions, insurance/signature, costs all look good. PLEASE stop reinventing and messing with everything **bleep**!

I saw this also.. in the upper right hand portion of the screen there is "switch to advanced shipping" that you can click on and it takes you back to the original shipping screen. It should remember that preference for the next label you need to purchase, at least it did for me.

I've been shipping all morning and see only the usual screen (the "advanced" one). If I switch back to the "basic" screen, I see the three-box version described by the Original Poster., but it didn't come up that way for me today.

I'm wondering whether some routine backup or update managed to lose the cookies or whatever that identify the users above as experienced sellers (or more specifically, remembering that they use the Advanced form rather than the Basic one).

eBay is capable of determining what users need without actually needing to ask users. eBay must have determined many users needed a more primitive (basic) option to print instead of the advanced postage printing we already had. 🙄

that is the same issue with doing a 'sale event'.  all the screens are different now. 

and how about the new ebay messages with the texting format?  try to find the scroll bar on the left if your messages run long .  it is pretty well hidden until you randomly click around.    

and, speaking of scroll bars, I have been losing the main scroll bar on the right hand side of screens on many ebay pages and have to PF5 to keep refreshing them.

I find it beyond annoying too.  I find it helps a little by just selecting the Carrier I want to use.  And if we have the weight on the listing correctly as well as the method of shipment it really helps when going to ship it.
