Why can't I upload jpg images to eBay listings? "Image error" NOT Size

The size of my jpg photo is fine for eBay (I think I even have used it before) but whenever I upload ANY images eBay says internal error... I need to upload pictures what should I do?

How many are you trying to upload at one time?

Also, what listing form are you using? Default quick listing form, or advanced?

What are you using? Computer or mobile device?

What site form? Default or classic?

If on a mobile device, what web format do you have selected? Mobile site or desktop site?

you need access to a photo editor and open the picture and change the size to at least 1,00 pixels and save as a jpg
